Councillor Parth Gupta Extends Independence Day Greetings to Ward 6, Panchkula

On August 15, as India marked Independence Day, Councillor Parth Gupta of Ward 6, Panchkula shared heartfelt greetings with residents, joining the nation in celebrating the day and honouring those who made freedom possible.

His message opened with warm wishes for Independence Day and moved quickly to remembrance. Parth Gupta offered a deep salute to the brave martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the country's freedom, acknowledging that the liberty India enjoys today was secured at great cost. It was a note of gratitude and respect, keeping the memory of the freedom fighters at the centre of the occasion.

A Message of Unity and Progress

The Councillor then turned the day's spirit toward the future. He called on citizens to come together and resolve, on this Independence Day, to move forward as one — for the unity, integrity, and progress of the nation. The appeal reflected a familiar but important idea: that the freedom won through sacrifice is best honoured when people work collectively for a stronger country. He closed his message with the words "Jai Hind."

For residents of Ward 6 in Panchkula, the greeting was a reminder that national occasions are also community moments. Independence Day, observed across the country on August 15, brings neighbourhoods together in a shared sense of pride, and messages like this one connect the day's larger meaning to local life.

Honouring the Day Locally

While the message was brief, its themes — remembrance of the martyrs, unity, and national progress — echoed the values that define the occasion. For Parth Gupta and the people of Ward 6, Panchkula, the day stood as both a celebration and a call to responsibility: to carry forward the ideals for which so many gave their lives.
