Councillor Parth Gupta: Tree Pruning Begins in Sector 17, Ward 6

The commitments made to the residents of Ward 6 are beginning to take shape on the ground. Councillor Parth Gupta has shared that tree pruning work has started in Sector 17, marking another step toward a cleaner, safer and more attractive neighbourhood for the people of Panchkula.

A promise moving into action

In his update, Parth Gupta noted that the promises made for Ward 6 are now gradually being fulfilled. The pruning work in Sector 17 is presented as one of those commitments turning into visible, on-ground activity — the kind of steady, everyday civic maintenance that residents notice on their own streets and public spaces.

Tree pruning is a routine but important part of keeping a residential sector well kept. Trimming trees helps keep pathways and roadsides clear and gives the area a tidier, more cared-for appearance. According to the Councillor, the work now underway in Sector 17 is intended to make the locality more clean, more safe and more beautiful.

What it means for Ward 6 residents

For families living in Sector 17, work of this kind speaks directly to the quality of daily life in the sector — the look of the streets, the safety of shared spaces and the overall upkeep of the neighbourhood. By highlighting the start of the pruning work, Parth Gupta is signalling that attention is being paid to these practical, ground-level needs across Ward 6.

The Councillor framed the initiative as part of a broader, ongoing effort to deliver on the assurances given to the ward, describing the promises as ones that are now steadily being met. As the pruning progresses, residents of Sector 17 can expect the neighbourhood to feel better maintained.
